Rooted in Breath: A practice for On and Off the Mat | Kansas City

Join Lyndsey H. for this 90-minute workshop and explore how breath can be a powerful guide in both your yoga practice and everyday life. Together, we’ll explore a variety of breath techniques and applications that you can build into your routine or use to deepen an existing breathwork practice. You’ll also learn how to connect breath with movement and use it as steady support on and off the mat. Whether you're looking for tools to manage stress or hoping to feel more grounded, you’ll leave with accessible practices you can carry with you. Cost is $30 per student, and you can pre-register at the front desk or under the "Workshops" tab on our app. Everyone is welcome -- be prepared to feel your breath and move your body!
